Here’s a workout for people who sit all day - the star of the routine is the ‘Clam Shell’ glute exercise. Because we tend to work sitting at a desk, sitting in traffic or stay in a linear leg alignment pattern all day our glutes become lazy and have trouble turning on correctly when we move and workout. The hips loose mobility and strength to properly perform, which in turn creates poor muscle balance.
